Mandi has been in the dental field since 2000 and a practicing Registered Dental Hygienist since 2006. Her love for dentistry began as a dental assistant, trained in General Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical environments. Mandi obtained her AAS degree in Dental Hygiene from San Juan College in Farmington, NM later returning as an adjunct instructor focused on Dental Radiology and Clinical Practice Techniques from 2006-2013. Mandi's love for education is reflected in her clinical treatment modalities with patients. She is passionate about the importance of oral health in relationship to complete systemic health and maintenance. Mandi has been with Clark Family Dentistry since 2006. Mandi and her husband Sheldon Pickering are the busy parents of five children. Her interests include traveling, outdoor activities, music, reading and spending time with friends and family.
Erin is a 2004 graduate of the San Juan College Dental Hygiene Program. She entered the dental field as a dental assistant before pursuing her hygiene degree. Erin likes to educate patients about dental care and how it relates to our overall general health. Erin and her husband, David, have three boys. Together they enjoy mountain biking, hiking, fishing, camping, and archery.
Brittny was born and raised in Farmington, NM. She set a long term goal to have a career as a dental hygienist. Brittny earned her dental hygiene degree from San Juan College in 2019. She truly enjoys helping people improve their oral health by educating and providing preventative care. Brittny is the mother of two beautiful girls. She enjoys being outdoors, animals, travel, and baking!

Elizabeth grew up in Oregon, and moved to New Mexico to raise her family. She entered the dental field in 2010 first as a dental assistant. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree from San Juan College in 2020. She is passionate about oral health and enjoys helping patients gain confidence in their smile. Elizabeth is the mother of two amazing children. She enjoys painting, drawing, helping with girl scouts, and swimming.
Kellie grew up in Flagstaff, AZ. She always knew she wanted to be in a health care environment. Kellie moved to Phoenix to attend dental assisting school. Upon completion of her education, she moved to Farmington, NM to be closer to her extended family. She has two beautiful children that keep her very busy. Kellie loves how fast paced the office is at Clark Family Dentistry, and she enjoys helping patients with their dental needs.
Jenette grew up loving visits to the dentist! She always knew dentistry was a field of work that she wanted to do. Jenette attended dental assisting school in Denver, CO and worked in the Denver area as a dental assistant upon graduation. Jenette then made the decision to devote her time to raising a family, and enjoyed raising her three sons. She and her husband made the decision to relocate to Farmington in 2018 at which point she joined the Clark Family Dentistry team. Jenette loves the variety and excitement that dental assisting provides, and she enjoys meeting new people every day! When she is not working, she enjoys hiking, camping and exploring the Farmington area with her family.
Neoma worked in the medical field in Farmington for many years before going into the field of dentistry. She has worked as an insurance coordinator with Clark Family Dentistry for over 10 years. She takes pride in the skills she has achieved over the years working with the ever changing dental insurance industry.
