Jeffrey C. Clark, DDS

Jeffrey grew up in Farmington, NM and graduated from Farmington High School in 1990. While at Farmington High, he excelled in academics and enjoyed playing tennis. He won a state tennis title for FHS in 1990, playing number one singles. Upon graduation, Jeffrey enrolled at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX where he received his BS in Business Administration in 1995. Jeffrey worked as a financial advisor in San Antonio for three years before deciding to pursue a career in the field of dentistry. He then returned to school and received a BS in Biology from University of Texas at San Antonio in 1999.

Jeffrey left San Antonio to attend Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, IN. While in dental school, he was involved in Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity, American Student Dental Association and Student Professional Conduct Committee. He graduated dental school in May of 2005.

Jeffrey met his wife, Dr. Candice Clark, while in dental school. The two were classmates, and were married in 2004. They decided to move to Farmington to practice dentistry together upon graduation. In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, golf, skiing, hunting, and fishing.

Candice E. Clark, DDS

Candice grew up in Oakland City, Indiana and graduated from Wood Memorial High School in 1995. Upon graduation from high school, she attended the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and a Master of Physical Therapy Degree in 2000. Candice worked as a physical therapist for Healthsouth Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, specializing in neurological rehabilitation. She then decided to pursue a career in dentistry.

She was accepted to Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, IN. While in dental school, she was involved in Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity and American Student Dental Association. She graduated in May of 2005 after marrying classmate, Dr. Jeffrey Clark. Candice fell in love with Farmington, and the couple decided to purchase a dental practice there in 2005. Candice’s interests include spending time with family and friends, playing the piano, and skiing.
